All BCH addresses starting with "1" have a corresponding CashAddr format starting with "bitcoincash:q".

Both addresses are the same, they only use a different encoding.

Tip: If your external wallet won't recognize deposit addresses starting with "bitcoincash:q" then they need to be converted to the Legacy format address starting with "1".

There are multiple converters online which will help you to convert your BCH addresses.

Trade in cell phone platform

This means that the Ethereum blockchain is used for the transaction and that the sender, as well as the recipient address, needs to start with "0x".

USDT withdrawals to addresses starting with a 1 or a 3 (i.e. Bitcoin addresses) are therefore not possible.
